Akamas: Delivering Apprenticeships On-Demand, Online
With over 1 million young people currently struggling to find education, employment or training the Government has announced £1 billion to fund subsidised work and training placements. This investment will complement a range of Government funded Apprenticeships, meaning employers are now financially supported to employ young people and can be sure that free training is available to ensure the apprentice gains the expertise and skills required for the role. An Apprenticeship will also improve basic literacy and numeracy and give the apprentice an understanding of the workplace responsibilities every employee has.
All of this is great news, and means that now is the right time for you to take that first step to bring on board your first or latest apprentice. So, if you are interested in appointing an Apprenticeship and are either a childcare provider, work with teaching assistants, run a residential care home or deliver domiciliary care, then we can deliver the training your apprentice needs, at a time that suits you.
All our Apprenticeships are mapped to workforce standards, are taught and assessed online and are accredited by Edexcel.
