PROTECTING CHILDREN: DEVELOPING BASIC SKILLS
A 10-15 hour course for professionals working with
children, providing a thorough grounding in
safeguarding practice.
This online course covers
professional issues in child protection. It
offers employers and local authorities an easy
and accountable way to ensure that everyone who
needs it has been provided with vital training.

Anyone whose professional activity is concerned
with children and families, for example:

MODULE 3
Working together to safeguard
children
Your role

being strong to take forward the voice of the
child.
Assessment
At the end of each section of the course,
students complete an online test to ensure that
they have fully understood the course content. On
completion of the course, each student receives a
personalised certificate of achievement.

- Annual licence:
unlimited users managed via the SOLA system.
(includes access to Level A and Level B
courses).
- Block booking:
