- Men as abusers: the facts about abuse,
neglect and exploitation of children
- Gender, power and vulnerability in working
with traumatised children
- What are the risks faced by men in child
care?
Session two: Assessing and managing the risks
for men in child care
- What are the hazards?
- Assessing general risks and particular
risks
- Developing teamwork to contain and manage
risk
- Promoting whole organisation policies based
on knowledge and understanding
