PROTECTING CHILDREN: DEVELOPING BASIC AWARENESS

A 5-10 hour course for anyone coming into contact with children and families, providing an introduction to the most important issues in child protection.

This online course provides an introduction to key issues in safeguarding children. It offers employers and local authorities an easy and accountable way to ensure that everyone who needs it has been provided with vital awareness training.

Assessment

At the end of each section of the course, students complete an online test to ensure that they have fully understood the course content. On completion of the course, each student receives a personalised certificate of achievement.
